I have quite a large collection of scarves I've acquired over the years. I didn't have a great way of storing my silk ones, and was tired of them getting wrinkled. I decided to utilize the area behind the door to my bedroom. I hung a decorative curtain rod, and now store my silk scarves on it. When the door is open you can't see them, and when the door is closed, it's very colorful and organized. Problem solved and it was at minimal cost!
I'm thinking of doing a second one for my other scarves.

Park City 2012
Well, as many of you know, last September while my husband and I were on vacation, I had a bad fall at the Heber Valley Rail Road Station and broke both of my legs. I didn't get a chance to post any of the photo's I took because of the long recuperation I've been having. I have finally taken some time out of my day to post some of the pics!
First: I have posted some photos of our beautiful time share in Park City. We have been owners at the Westgate Resort for 8 yrs now and we love it. We only go every other year (one the even years), but each time is a new adventure. Our particular unit is a loft version. On the main floor there is a full kitchen, dining room, living room with couches, fireplace, TV, sound system. There is also a master bedroom with king size bed and large two person tub. There is a large main bathroom which houses a steam and waterfall shower. Oh, I can't forget the laundry closet. There is a balcony off of the living room and a hot tub for melting the stress away!
Upstairs is a large loft which has a couch that folds out in to a queen size bed. There is also a TV and bathroom.
With all the fold outs, our until can sleep 8 in all.

Here are some photos of the trail we like to walk. We were there in late September so they had all of their Halloween decorations out. I didn't include too many only a few that I thought were fun:
Here are a couple of photos that were taken at Homestead Resort in Heber City:

I was able to snap a couple of photos at the Heber Rail Road Station before I got hurt:
New Beginnings
Last month I was over the New Beginnings program for our Young Womens. The theme for this year is: "Stand Ye in Holy Places". I forgot to get pics of the decorations once everything was set up, but I did get a couple of pics of the invites, book marks, treats, and tiny paper shoes I made.

Time for a change!
I've been looking for a way to improve my health and loose a little weight at the same time. Through my search I ran across a few documentries on netflix that really intrigued me. One of them is, Hunger for Change, and the other one is, Forks over Knives. Both had a very strong message regarding the use of too much animal protein and not enough plant protein.
We all know that we should limit our intake of refined sugar, fats and such, but it can be a hard change. I for one tend to drink my calories each day through the ever addicting soda pop. ( I'm so naughty!). Everyone likes the idea of bettering ones self, but change is never easy. It can be a simple concept but to actually implement it daily is like pulling teeth.
Both of the doumentries listed above really spoke to me. Now, I'm not saying I want to be a Vegan, or that I could even live such a strict eating lifestyle, but I do feel I can do a better job at cutting back on the bad stuff and incorporating the good stuff. I've decided (with much support from my loving husband) that I would give this a really strong and great effort. So, yesterday I purchased the companion cookbook for the documentry Forks over Knives. I'm sure I will find something I like out of 300 recipes! I am going to look at this adventure as a positive way to improve my health and well being and enjoy the idea of trying new things. Wish me luck!

Get Well Wishes
I was overwhelmed at the amount of get well wishes I received while at Sunshine terrace. I not only received many cards and flowers, but lots visitors. Thanks to everyone for making my days brighter while I was there and in so much pain.
Well friends, as most of you know I broke both of my legs on September 27th while on vacation. I spent 7 weeks of rehabilitation at Sunshine Terrace, which was my home away from home. I am now home and attending out patient therapy. Things are moving forward, and I am looking forward to continued success in my healing process.
I just wanted to post a few pics from Sunshine terrace, so everyone could see how nice the facility was. They took great care of me!
